Resolved on Monday, October 02 2:45 PMThe recent issue affecting various systems including Email, Wireless, VPN, and Internet services which stemmed from a faulty piece of equipment has been resolved.  Technicians replaced network hardware equipment overnight on Thursday, September 28th and we have been monitoring all systems and services since then to ensure their stability.  All systems appear to be running normally.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Update from Tuesday, September 19 2:00 PMWe are currently experiencing issues with various services that are resulting from the hardware issues. Our technicians are working to resolve it now.
Update from Friday, September 15 10:00 AMTechnicians have narrowed the cause of the issue to a faulty piece of equipment and it has been isolated in order to stabilize the network.  They are working to replace it as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
