Outlook Web App (email.pace.edu) Intermittent Issue

Update from Monday, August 27 4:45 PM Some users are still reporting intermittent issues with their Pace email synchronizing on mobile devices and using OWA (email.pace.edu).  Our technicians have been working to identify and resolve these issues with the assistance of our main hardware and software suppliers.  Microsoft engineers are also working on this as a priority one critical issue. Due to the intermittency of the problems it is proving difficult to find the root cause.  We appreciate the difficulty this situation is causing and will keep you updated on the situation.
Update from Friday, August 24 5:45 PM We have been monitoring access to Outlook Web App (email.pace.edu) as well as synching of Pace emails on mobile devices and system performance appears to be back to normal.  We will continue to monitor all services for any other disruptions.
Update from Friday, August 24 11:30 AM We continue to experience intermittent access issues with Outlook Web App (email.pace.edu) and are working towards a resolution as soon as possible.
Update from Thursday, August 23 5:00 PM ITS technicians have taken steps to mitigate the access issue with Outlook Web App (email.pace.edu) and are working toward a final resolution.  As of now, login access to OWA has been restored and Pace emails are synching on mobile devices again.

SERVICES AFFECTED: Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.
